Troops of the Nigerian Army neutralized two terrorists in Kaduna State during a counter-terrorism operation conducted in the early hours of Wednesday, July 24, 2024. Arms and  the troops recovered an AK-47 rifle with a magazine containing 27 rounds of 7.62mm ammunition, two machetes, two mobile phones, and other supplies.

The troops responded to actionable intelligence and executed a well-coordinated ambush along the Tasha-Bwari Road, a vital link between Gurara town in Kachia and Kagarko local government areas of Kaduna State. Significance of the Operation,  this successful operation not only averted a potential terrorist attack but also delivered a significant blow to the

terrorist network operating in the state. Army’s swift and effective response to the terrorist threat in Kaduna State highlights their commitment to protecting citizens ensuring the safety and security of the people of Kaduna State and surrounding areas. Maintaining peace Proactively
