Nottingham Forest defender Ola Aina has sparked an interesting debate in the football world by naming Arsenal’s Bukayo Saka as the best player in the Premier League. Aina made this revelation during a guest appearance on the popular football podcast, Filthy Fellas.

When asked by the panel to identify the top player in the league, Aina was quick to respond, saying: “He just does it every game, every game. Yeah – Saka.” The panel had expected Aina to name Mohamed Salah, but the Super Eagles star opted for the young Arsenal winger instead.

Aina also shared his thoughts on Salah, acknowledging the Egyptian forward’s impressive form this season. “Mo Salah is up there,” Aina said, indicating that Salah is indeed one of the top players in the league.

Saka’s impressive statistics this season support Aina’s claim. The 21-year-old has scored five goals and provided 10 assists in the league, making him one of the most influential players in the Premier League. Salah, on the other hand, has scored 15 goals and claimed 11 assists, making him one of the top contenders for the Golden Boot award.

Aina’s endorsement of Saka as the best player in the Premier League has sparked a lively debate among football fans, with some agreeing with the Nigerian defender’s assessment and others arguing that Salah or other players are more deserving of the title.
