A shocking revelation has emerged in the ongoing investigation into the murder of Funsho Jimoh, who was allegedly stabbed to death by his 22-year-old wife, Iyanu Adedeji, in the Gbonogun area of Abeokuta, Ogun State.
It has been discovered that the deceased, Funsho Jimoh, was a wanted suspect in connection with the murder of one Mary Ogunyemi, who was allegedly killed by a suspected serial killer, Philip Ogunnaike, in the Asero area of the state.
According to sources, Funsho Jimoh had been on the run and was being sought by the authorities in connection with the murder of Mary Ogunyemi. The revelation has added a new layer of complexity to the investigation into his own murder, which was allegedly carried out by his wife, Iyanu Adedeji, over allegations of infidelity.
The Ogun State Police Command has confirmed that Funsho Jimoh was indeed a wanted suspect in the serial killer investigation and that his murder is being investigated in conjunction with the other cases. The command has assured the public that no stone will be
left unturned in unraveling the circumstances surrounding Funsho Jimoh’s murder and bringing those responsible to justice.
