I urge the opposition parties to try their luck, as my administration will not interfere with the electoral process,” he said.
The governor’s spokesman, Sanusi Tofa, confirmed the assurance in a statement, highlighting the administration’s commitment to conducting a transparent and accountable election. “Our administration has allowed the previous LG Executive Councils in the 44 LGAs to conclude their tenure despite pressure from within. This is following the respect we have for the rule of law,” Governor Yusuf said.
