The Kano State High Court has adjourned the hearing of preliminary objections in the bribery and misappropriation case involving Abdullahi Ganduje, the National Chairman of the All Progressives Congress (APC), and seven others until February 13, 2025 ¹ ².Ganduje and the other defendants, including his wife Hafsat Umar and several others, are facing an eight-count charge of bribery, misappropriation, and diversion of public funds allegedly amounting to billions of naira ¹.The case was instituted by the Kano State Government, and it’s being closely watched due to the high-profile nature of the defendants. For now, it seems the case is still in the preliminary stages, and we’ll have to wait until February 13 to see how it unfolds.
