In a heartwarming display of generosity and compassion, the senior pastors of Dunamis International Gospel Centre in Abuja, Dr. Paul Enenche and his wife, Dr. Mrs. Becky Enenche, have given out free welfare assistance to 5,000 people, including 540 widows, this Christmas season. The charity outreach, conducted through the Dunamis Welfare Department, is a testament to the couple’s commitment to making a meaningful impact in the lives of those in need.
Dr. Enenche, speaking at the Christmas communion service, emphasized the importance of making a positive impact, saying, “Making a meaning is superior to making a living, and making impact is superior to making income.” He also highlighted the significance of Jesus Christ, stating, “In Jesus, you see God and man, perfect divinity.”
The charity outreach, which included the distribution of food items and other basic essentials, brought joy and relief to the beneficiaries. One of the recipients, Augustina Nwazue, expressed her gratitude, saying, “I am very, very happy. May God bless them tremendously as well, and all the widows are praying for them always.”
Another beneficiary, Gift Ele Abah, also appreciated the kindness shown by Dr. Enenche and his wife, saying, “We appreciate our daddy and mummy because every time they care for us, they have not let us down.”
The Dunamis Welfare Department, under the leadership of Dr. Enenche and his wife, has been consistently providing support to widows and other vulnerable members of society. According to Osinachi Egboga of the Welfare Department, “The sent man, our father, Dr. Paul Enenche, and his amiable wife, our mother, Dr. Mrs. Becky Enenche, are totally committed to the welfare of the people. This is like a heartbeat for them, and they have done this over the years.”
Dr. Mrs. Josephine Ogazi, coordinator of the Women of Destiny Group, Dunamis Church, also highlighted Dr. Enenche’s long-standing commitment to supporting widows, saying, “Since 2011, he has been ministering to widows every Christmas, and not only that, he also helps them with school fees and empowerment.”
