A devastating plane crash occurred in California on Thursday, resulting in the loss of at least two lives and injuring 18 others. The incident took place in the afternoon, near the Fullerton Municipal Airport, approximately 25 miles southeast of Los Angeles.According to the police, the small plane, identified as a single-engine Van’s RV-10, crashed into a commercial building, causing significant damage and loss of life. The impact was so severe that it created a gaping hole in the roof of the building, with smoke billowing out.Eyewitnesses described the scene as chaotic, with people rushing to evacuate the building. Jerome Cruz, a worker who witnessed the crash, recounted the terrifying experience to CBS News: “All we hear is like a loud noise, boom, and that’s it. Then we started running out of the building.”The police reported that 10 people were hospitalized, while eight others were treated at the scene. However, investigators are still uncertain whether the deceased were passengers on the plane or workers at the building where it crashed.The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) has launched an investigation into the incident, working to determine the cause of the crash. The FAA has confirmed that the plane was a Van’s RV-10, a small, four-seat aircraft.As the investigation continues, authorities are urging witnesses to come forward and share any information they may have about the incident.
