Manchester City are reportedly considering a surprise move for former Manchester United midfielder Paul Pogba, who is currently a free agent after his contract with Juventus was terminated. According to The Independent, City are looking to bring in the French midfielder as cover for Rodri, who has been ruled out for the remainder of the season due to injury.
However, Pogba is said to be “reluctant” to join the Premier League champions, having previously played for their city rivals, Manchester United. The midfielder is reportedly eager to continue his career at the highest level but would prefer a move to a team in La Liga, Serie A, or the Bundesliga.
